Offer agreement

1. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
The Seller offers users services for the sale of digital goods such as mapping files and software under the terms specified in this Agreement.
2. ACCEPTANCE OF THE OFFER
The User is considered to have accepted the Agreement if they take action related to the purchase of a product on the Garmintopomaps.com website.
3. PRICE AND PAYMENT TERMS
The prices for goods are indicated on the website. Payment is made by selecting one of the available methods presented on the site.
4. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
The Seller undertakes to:
provide goods in accordance with the order;
provide technical support as needed.
The User agrees to:
make payment for the ordered goods;
provide accurate information during registration and order placement.
5. WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY
The Seller is not liable for any damages arising from use of the product. All obligations regarding quality and safety of the goods are in accordance with the law.
6. RETURN AND EXCHANGE PROCEDURE
Returns and exchanges of digital goods are regulated by a separate document posted on the Garmintopomaps.com website.
7. CHANGES TO THE TERMS OF THE AGREEMENT
The Seller reserves the right to amend the terms of the Agreement. Changes take effect upon their posting on the website.
8. FINAL PROVISIONS
This Agreement is governed by the legislation of the country in which the Seller is registered.

Terms and conditions of delivery, geography
After receiving and processing the payment, the product will be sent by email within a few minutes. The product link is valid for 3 days. GarminTopoMaps sells worldwide.
Return and Exchange Policy
General Conditions:
Digital products such as files of maps for Garmin devices are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once a purchase is completed and the product is downloaded.
Return Reasons:
A return of digital goods is only possible under the following circumstances:
- Technical malfunctions preventing the use of the product;
- Incomplete or incorrect representation of the product during the purchase process (e.g., missing key features).
Return Process:
To initiate a return, the customer must contact Garmintopomaps.com support within 14 days of purchase.
The request must include the order number and a description of the issue, as well as any supporting materials.
Product Exchange:
Exchanges of digital goods are not permitted except when a product is defective or non-functional.
Return Conditions:
If the downloaded map is not functioning, the Customer has the right to submit a return request within 14 days from the date of purchase.
Return Request Review Process:
The return request will be reviewed within 10 days from the date it is submitted. If necessary, additional information may be requested from the Customer.
Refund Timeline:
The refund will be processed within 10 days after the return request has been approved.
Refund Method:
The refund will be issued to the same payment details from which the payment was made.
Exceptions:
Products purchased during promotions or sales are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Customer Responsibilities:
Customers are responsible for adhering to these rules and for providing accurate information when placing an order.
